This quote is from the 2021 film adaptation of the 1965 novel, Dune by Frank Herbert. The movie was produced and directed by French-Canadian filmmaker Denis Villeneuve. 
The scene in which it is shows the tragic end of a true and noble leader. When Duke Leto Atreides, ruler of the house Atreides, is set to be executed, he remains defiant till the very end while facing death, and the reality of betrayal takes his last breath with the honor of his house and his strength as a warrior, determined to take the enemy down with him. The words are by Oscar Issac as Duke Leto Atreides.
I chose this quote because of the story behind the person who said it. Here I am, here I remain, a noble leader and father till his death, and his final act was to remain the same. His final scene greatly emphasizes the fallen leader's true nature.
